Big back heaven these slices are the best and always have been if you in Philly you need a slice of this in your life you can't miss with this pizza. It's going to be a line in here but it goes fast . I have never eaten anything else out of here so I'm not sure how the test of the food is but the pizza is heaven

This place has been around ever since I was a little kid. The ownership and quality has remained the same in all that time. Nice sized slices with their outstanding crust made them a must for if you wanted a good quick and inexpensive meal. Two slices which would be under six dollars makes for a nice lunch and early dinner. I'm sure I'm being a little sentimental, but they still make some of the best pizza in Philly IMO.

Today, I wanted pizza and I chose the "King". Just 4 slices of beef pepperoni...to go. There was a twenty minute wait. Fine. As I waited I enjoyed the visually satisfying cadence of watching the hand tossed and stretched pizza crust prepared by one man. Not to mention there were 9 people who ordered before I arrived. Everyone was waiting patiently and quietly. The pizza sauce and toppings of cheese, beef pepperoni or ground beef were assembled with care and quickness. Then put in the oven. No frills, no cap just great pizza and service.
